As you are aware, the Ministry of Company Affaires (MCA) has initiated the MCA21 program, for providing to the public and corporates easy and secure online access to Corporate information and for facilitating online filing of documents required to be filed under the Companies Act, 1956.

Under the MCA-21 initiative, to facilitate electronic filing, all companies registered with the Registrar of Companies have to procure legally valid Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for their Authorized Signatories.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a licensed Certifying Authority( TCS-CA), authorized by the Controlling of certifying Authorities, Government of India and has outsourced the Registration Authority (RA) to TSRDL as their partner .

We are pleased to inform you that TSR Darashaw Ltd (TSRDL) will be offering the services as RA to its esteemed clients and other companies.
